REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

• At least High School graduate (18 Years of age and above)
• Must have a definite call from God for Ministry work
• A genuine born-again Christian
• Must be a member of a believing church
• Must have the following:
• -₱950 for admission of new students
• -Form 137 or Transcript of Records (Clear scanned PDF copy)
• -2×2 Picture (.png or .jpg ONLY)
• -Pastor's Recommendation (Clear scanned PDF copy)
• If you haven't gotten a PASTOR'S RECOMMENDATION yet, click hereto download a copy, and have it filled out and scanned as PDF before proceeding.
• -Fill out all REQUIRED informations in the form. Leaving one or more blank would not submit the form.
